Bambusa textilis 'Gracilis' (Graceful Weaver's Bamboo, Slender Weaver's Bamboo): A magnificient clumping bamboo that grows 20' tall in California. New canes show a powdery blue color. Makes an excellent privacy screen. Cold tolerant down to 18 degrees F.
